About Bill Norris
For more than 20 years, Bill has poured drinks in venues from the Jersey Shore to London to New York to Austin, winning numerous awards and cocktail competitions along the way.  Since 2011, he has been the Beverage Director for the Alamo Drafthouse, The Highball, Midnight Cowboy, Glass Half Full Bar, 400 Rabbits, and Barrell O' Fun.
